The Sr.Biostatistician l is responsible for planning monitoring organizingand reviewing activities of biostatisticians and programmersworking on assigned studies of moderate complexity ensuringindividual studies are delivered on time on budget to requiredquality.

Therole

  • Protocol inputsuch as study design sample size calculations and patientrandomization schemes
  • Statistical aspects ofcase report form design
  • Reviews study databasestructures edit checks and data management codingconvention
  • Preparation of statistical analysisplans including the definition of derived data and the design ofstatistical tables figures and data listings for clinical summaryreports
  • Statistical analyses
  • Interpretation of data and reporting ofresults
  • Writing of the statistical methodssections of integrated study reports

What you need

  • M.S. or Ph.D. degree in statisticsbiostatistics or related field.
  • 4 years ormore experience in a CRO or Pharmaceutical environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills arerequired.
  • Knowledge in applied parametric andnonparametric statistics and SAS programming skills.
  • Should be able to translate clients needs intostatistical practice and educate clients in the use ofstatistics.
  • Experience working in oncologyclinical trials is preferable but not essential.
