WHAT TO EXPECT:
As an Export & Shipping Project Supervisor will join a small, highly skilled team of Subject Matter Experts within the IEO function. Your expertise and knowledge will help ensure success across current operations and customer base.


You will work on the design and implementation of international logistics-related change, in order to ensure that optimum benefits are delivered in line with Jaguar Land Rover’s business objectives. In addition, this role will work on workforce capability and capacity planning and managing cultural and behavioural aspects of change. You will provide expert analysis and advice on the delivery of projects and change.

You will work closely with a customer facing team managing the transportation of components and / or finished products internationally to maintain production.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Operate as a Subject Matter Expert for outbound supply chain projects Own Export & Shipping team audit compliance  Capability planning, skills matrix and cross-training; fix and document process gaps; standardise and maintain departmental audit documentation; support audits Act as Export & Shipping lead for IT projects, including input to design, User Acceptance Testing and immediate post-deployment support Be a change agent, supporting colleagues to adapt to change
