Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach with Passion: Deliver engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4, covering a broad curriculum from algebra to geometry and beyond.
  • Foster Understanding: Support students in mastering complex mathematical concepts and techniques with innovative teaching strategies.
  • Encourage Progress: Use data-driven insights to differentiate instruction, ensuring every student reaches their full potential.
  • Prepare for Success: Equip students with the knowledge and skills needed for GCSE success and foster a love for learning Maths.
  • Collaborate: Work with an experienced department to continuously refine the curriculum and share best practices.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4.
  • A passion for Mathematics and the ability to inspire students to embrace its challenges and rewards.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with learners of all abilities.
  • Commitment to professional growth and collaboration within the department.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
