This role is located in the UK, based out of the Teddington office in South West London. Whilst this role is primarily office based, LGC (and the Group Pricing team) make use of hybrid working with time divided between working remotely and in the office based on business requirements. LGC is a global organization and whilst regular travel to international offices is not necessary, there may be opportunities to travel to other LGC sites within the UK and abroad from time to time.

Location: London Hybrid

Role Overview:  As a Pricing Analyst at the LGC Group, you will play a pivotal role in interpreting complex data sets to uncover valuable insights. Your analytical prowess will contribute to strategic decision-making processes, aiding our clients in achieving their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical analyses. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions. Create visualizations and reports to optimally communicate findings to partners. Continuously optimize data processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field. Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or technology-driven environment. Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages commonly used in data analysis. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
