We are looking for a senior HR professional to own People Operations across EMEA for a 12-month maternity cover contract. You will manage regional HR programs that support our employer value proposition and organisational values. You are a proactive communicator with solid experience across a wide range of HR practices. You will be supported by a HR Generalist based in Poland.

The role is 3 days a week, with 1 to 2 days per week in our London Office (Tower Bridge).

What you’ll do:

Ensure the Company's treatment of employees is aligned with our employer value proposition, core values, and business growth goals. Manage and support the full employee life cycle - providing subject matter expertise, coaching, and professional development opportunities.Support regional L&D initiatives; may include training facilitations and project managing our training resources.Provide performance management support to managers; provide coaching, support, and disciplinary actions to employees. Lead projects focused on continuous improvement and employee satisfaction. Gather and evaluate employee feedback regularly and make recommendations to revise People programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes. Interpret and report on the effectiveness of HR operations and policies, making recommendations for change as the business grows. Coach managers as they navigate complex people issues and serve as a liaison between HR and Legal advisors for escalated Employee Relations issues. Monitor adherence to internal policies and employment law requirements.

What you’ll bring:

5+ years’ experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years of management experience. Proven knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, performance management, learning & development, and employee relations. Excellent communication, influencing, coaching skills. High emotional intelligence with the ability to communicate with diverse employees. A solutions-oriented mindset.Demonstrated ability to contribute as a critical and valuable member of the team. Proven ability to work autonomously and effectively in a collaborative environment with diverse coworkers. Effective planning, priority setting, and program management skills. Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with HR tech. We are an MS Office/SharePoint/Teams shop, so experience with those is preferred. Proven experience working with sensitive and confidential data. CIPD certifications preferred.
