We are currently seeking a proficient and passionateSommelier to join our esteemed team. As a Sommelier, you will play a centralrole in curating an exceptional wine experience for our guests, showcasing yourexpertise in wine pairing and contributing to the overall enjoyment of theirdining experience. If you have a deep knowledge of wines, a refined palate, andare committed to providing top-notch service, we invite you to be the guidingforce behind our extensive wine program.

Key Responsibilities:

- Curate and manage the restaurant's wine list, ensuring adiverse and high-quality selection.

- Assist guests in choosing wines that complement theirmeals and preferences.

- Provide insights into wine regions, varietals, andvintages.

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop wine pairingsfor menu items.

- Oversee wine service and storage, ensuring proper handlingand presentation.

- Conduct wine tastings and educational sessions for staffand guests.

- Stay informed about industry trends, new releases, andemerging vineyards.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sommelier in a high-end restaurantor luxury establishment.

- In-depth knowledge of wines, regions, and wine production.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to create a memorable and personalized wineexperience for guests.
