No two days will be the same whilst supporting this lady within a rural and picturesque Supported Living Services in Pontesbury, Shropshire. You will be enabling her to live a fulfilling and independent life at home and out in the community, achieving her own goals and aspirations for life and promoting her emotional well-being. As an integral member of the team you will also get involved with assisting her with day to day living duties, such as budgeting, shopping, and supporting with medication and any personal care she may require.

We require drivers for this position.

Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
