We are currently looking for a passionate Restaurant and Bar Manager to join the team here at Bankside Hotel - Voted one of the 'Best Places to Work in Hospitality' 3 years in a row. Sitting consistently in the top tier of all the hotels in London on Trip Advisor, Bankside Hotel is a social hub for anyone, guest or local, with a passion for culture, art and food. Who you are

Be the face of our restaurant and bar and play a vital role in F&B be ensuring the restaurant and bar runs smoothly. Provide an excellent customer service and be detail oriented. Take responsibility of opening and closing of the restaurant as well as the bar. Making sure the service is out on time and clearing any tables/bar area. Improving the quality of service and suggest new ideas to smooth out the operation. Coordinate with the F&B management team on daily basis Support and manage the F&B assistants.

We are looking for someone who…

Has great communication skills and friendly personality Previous experience in a Restaurant and Bar environment Able to stay calm under high pressure and work within a team Good attention to detail and taking ownership of events as well as reservations Able to build good relationships Previous leadership experience in a hospitality sector
