Job Title: Block Paving Gang

Job Duties:
  • Installation of block paving on driveways, patios, and pathways according to specifications
  • Preparation of surfaces by clearing and levelling the ground
  • Cutting and laying blocks in various patterns
  • Ensuring the quality and accuracy of the finished work
  • Operating machinery and equipment safely
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Required Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in block paving or similar role
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual labour
Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience in block paving or related field
  • Knowledge of different types of paving materials and techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret project plans
  • Good communication skills
Working Conditions:
  • Outdoor work in various weather conditions
  • Physical labour and standing for extended periods
  • Use of protective gear and equipment
