What you’ll be doing

as a Water Regulation Inspector Conduct inspections to meet our regulatory targets. Audit approved plumbers, monitoring their competency and customer care. Audit RPZ valve installations. Direct involvement in high-risk/high-profile investigations, like water quality contamination cases. Support notifications related to plumbing alterations under Regulation 5 of the Water Fittings Regulations.

What you should bring to the role

Full UK driving licence. Competent in using the appropriate company IT systems and office software. Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and internal processes. (advantageous) City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent on the enforcement of the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999. (advantageous) Relevant industry experience and understanding of the business will be beneficial.

Offering a salary of up to £35,000 per annum, depending on your skills and experience. Annual leave: 24 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 days with length of service.
