We’re looking for two Probate Team Leaders to join Co-op Legal Services (CLS) to lead and co-ordinate a team of Probate Advisors. These colleagues are responsible for taking inbound calls from recently bereaved families, offering guidance on probate-related queries while managing these sensitive conversations with compassion and empathy.
As a Probate Team Leader you’ll be responsible for managing and monitoring your team’s performance; making sure we consistently deliver a high-quality service to our customers and support their needs. If you have the skills and experience we’re looking, we can offer you the opportunity to grow and progress your career in an ethical legal business.
What you’ll do
Effectively co-ordinate your team’s workload to meet business objectives Manage a team of colleagues responsible for taking inbound calls from recently bereaved families offering guidance on probate-related matters Be the escalation point for Probate Advisors regarding complex queries Identify and explore opportunities to improve the quality of our customer service Make sure we’re always aligned with measures and regulations such as GDPR and SRA Coach and mentor your colleagues; supporting their professional developmentThis role would suit people who have
