The role of a Senior Staff Nurse - Band 6 within the Care Centre involves:
  • Providing management and leadership to the Nursing and Care team
  • Ensuring that the care, welfare, and safety of all residents is of the highest possible standard.
  • Carrying out assessments and evaluations
  • Create person-centred care plans and update accordingly.
  • Liaising with external governing bodies and agencies
  • Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements in recode keeping, documentation and health and safety.
