We are looking for experienced Kitchen Manager’s to join our teams in Skegness, Bognor Regis and Minehead.

About the Role
Butlin’s has a range of fantastic food venues, all with unique offerings focused on delighting our guests.
As a Kitchen Manager, you will have passion for leading your Chefs and Kitchen Team to success. You’ll serve a range of food that keeps our guests wanting more and will drive high standards through your team whilst maintaining the pace of service required on our resorts.
You’ll also have the opportunity to develop and perfect your skills in a selection of kitchens with a variety of cooking styles. You’ll work alongside other talented chefs and industry experts and will have opportunities to coach and train new chefs starting their careers with Butlin’s.

About You
We are looking for individuals with a passion for leading teams to success in a kitchen environment. You may have previous experience as a Chef De Partie or Sous Chef and be looking for the next step in your career, or you may be an experienced Kitchen Manager or Head Chef looking for a new challenge.
We are looking for candidates who are energetic and enthusiastic, high spirited and fun loving and who will understand their role and the value they can add to the guest and the team experience. Excellent leadership skills are essential, as is a passion for delighting our guests.
Experience in high volume serving restaurants and venues would be considered very advantageous, but this is not essential. We’re more interested in your attitude and desire to learn.
