You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and integrity of the HR and Payroll systems through meticulous testing. This includes developing and executing comprehensive test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating for their resolution. You will regularly update the project team on testing progress and provide guidance during User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Your commitment to delivering high-quality solutions will play a crucial role in our transformative journey.
Key Skills and Experience:
3+ years of experience. Demonstrated experience as a Test Analyst, specifically in HRIS implementations, showcasing a track record of successful testing practices. Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices, ensuring a strategic and effective approach to testing procedures. Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills, essential for identifying and resolving potential system defects. Proven experience in executing both manual and automated testing procedures for complex HRIS and Payroll systems. Familiarity with test management tools and proficiency in creating and maintaining test scripts. Knowledge of data migration testing processes and validation to ensure accurate and secure data transfer. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment, fostering teamwork and effective communication.Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate seamlessly with the project team to understand system requirements, ensuring a holistic approach to testing. Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts, outlining a strategic approach to testing procedures. Execute both functional and non-functional testing, assessing the performance and capabilities of the HR and Payroll system. Identify and document defects, working collaboratively with the development team to ensure timely resolution and system optimisation. Provide regular and detailed updates on testing progress and results, facilitating transparent communication within the project team. Conduct regression testing to ensure that system enhancements or changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities. Provide support and guidance during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring a smooth and effective testing process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address testing challenges, fostering a dynamic and solution-oriented environment.This role highly values practical experience in HR system implementations, and candidates with expertise in HR platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, Ceridian, etc., will be highly regarded.
