Client Details
I have partnered with a market leading law firm who are looking to recruit a Business Analyst to join their team as they roll out a large scale system implementation.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract and will be mainly remote (with occasional travel to Manchester or Leeds for workshops and key meetings).
Description
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to ensure everyone is aligned on requirements and expectations.
Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicts and clarify requirements.
Manage and document changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Prioritize requirements based on business needs, resource availability, and project constraints.
Assist in developing test plans and test cases to ensure the system meets business requirements.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
Support the creation and delivery of training materials for end-users.
Provide ongoing support post-implementation, helping users adapt to the new system and addressing any issues.Profile
2-5 years experience working as a Business Analyst
Experience working with stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams.
Ability to manage and document changes to project requirements.
Experience with conducting gap analysis.
Experience prioritizing tasks based on business needs.
Knowledge of creating test plans and test cases.
Good communication skills.
Strong organizational skills for managing tasks.
Experience in reviewing and finalizing documentation.Job Offer
Potential salary of up to £55,000
12 month fixed term contract
Mainly remote working
