Your Role as a SEN Teacher:
- Personalised Education: Tailor your teaching to meet the unique needs of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, Dyslexia, and more.
- Empower and Inspire: Create a supportive and engaging learning environment, helping your students thrive academically and emotionally.
Teaching Requirements:
- Experienced teaching up to GCSE level (English or Maths preferable but not essential)
- Flexibility, creativity, and adaptability to thrive in our busy school environment
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to our pupils' diverse needs
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of current research in education
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for building strong relationships with staff and pupils
- Strong IT skills and ability to lead others proactively
To work with GSL Education as an SEN Teacher, you should:
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
- Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
