Finance Business Partner

Robert Half is working with a large business in the East Midlands to recruit a Finance Business Partner to their team. They are seeking a proactive and skilled Finance Business Partner to be the finance lead on a key division, this will be an all encompassing role and will be involved in the core accounting, but with a strong commercial bias. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional who thrives on providing strategic insights and supporting decision-making.
Hybrid working is on offer, but time will be required in multiple Midlands / North offices.
About Your New Role
In this pivotal position, you will bridge the gap between finance and other departments, providing valuable financial analysis and guidance. Your role is key to driving business performance and ensuring the financial strategies align with business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with department heads, offering financial insights to influence strategic decisions.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities, aiding in business planning.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing expert advice and support.
- Lead initiatives to optimise financial performance and drive efficiency across the company.
- Communicate financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
We're Looking For:
- A finance professional with experience in a business partnering role.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- A professional finance qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) is essential.
