Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our expanding data analytics team. This role is critical in enhancing our capabilities in data analysis and governance. You will be responsible for analysing data behaviours, ensuring data quality, and understanding the implications of data analytics within our business context.
You will play a key role in helping produce insights and answers through data process analysis, utilizing a variety of tools and techniques. Additionally, you will manage data models, attributes, and definitions to ensure the integrity and believability of insights. Your role will also involve managing our queues using Jira and ADO tooling, working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensuring the data supports these conversations effectively.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking business that is developing a new data platform. This platform integrates data management and analytics, and looks towards the future with the use of machine learning (ML), artificial intelligence (AI), and predictive analytics. Role Requirements
Data Analysis Expertise: Proficient in data analysis with a deep understanding of data behaviours, quality, and governance. Technical Skills: Experience with Azure, SQL, Power BI, and other data wrangling and mining tools. Process Analysis: Ability to map processes and demonstrate understanding using tools like Draw.io and Visio. Data Modelling: Skilled in building data models, defining data attributes, and managing data quality. Tooling Proficiency: Familiarity with Jira and ADO for managing work queues and stakeholder requirements. Stakeholder Management: Capable of working with stakeholders to understand and translate their requirements into actionable data insights. Data Engineering Perspective: Understanding of data engineering principles and how they integrate with data analytics. Exposure to data engineering tools such as Fabric, Power Apps, and Power. Forward-Thinking: Interest in developing and utilizing a new data platform, with a focus on ML, AI, and predictive analytics.
