Ground Control iscurrently looking for an RPA Developerto join our Data Strategy and Business Intelligence Team on aparttime basis working 3 days per week.

As an RPADeveloper you will work crossfunctionally with operational businessunits and analysts to create and optimise workflowprocesses.

This parttime role is ideal forsomeone who enjoys problemsolving and managing and fixing businessproblems throughdevelopment.

What youllachieve

As an RPADeveloper you will be accountablefor:

Design and Development:

• Designing developing and deployingBlue Prism robots to automate repetitive tasks and businessprocesses. This involves understanding the requirements processflows and business rules to create efficient automationsolutions.

Process Analysis:

• Analysing existing processes andidentifying opportunities for automation. Working closely withbusiness stakeholders to gather requirements and define automationobjectives.

SolutionArchitecture

• Designing the overallarchitecture of the automation solution including the structure ofBlue Prism processes integration points with other systems errorhandling mechanisms and securityconsiderations.

Coding andConfiguration:

• Writing Blue Prismscripts using the proprietary scripting language or configuringautomation processes using the Blue Prism graphical user interface.This includes creating workflows decision stages loops and othercontrol structures.

Testing andDebugging

• Testing the automationsolutions to ensure they meet the specified requirements andfunction correctly. Debugging any issues or errors encounteredduring testing and resolving thempromptly.

Maintenance andSupport:

• Providing ongoing support fordeployed automation solutions including monitoring robotperformance troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements orupdates as needed.

Documentation:

• Documenting the design developmentand deployment of automation solutions including process workflowsconfiguration settings and troubleshooting guides. Thisdocumentation is essential for knowledge sharing and futurereference.

Who werelooking for

The successfulcandidate will have:

Blue PrismCertification

Practical experience developingautomation solutions using Blue Prism with a proven track record ofdesigning developing and deploying Blue Prism robots to automatebusiness processes across various industries.

Astrong understanding of business processes map out process flowsand translate them into effective automation solutions. Experiencein process improvement or business analysis is aplus.

Ability to solve complex problems and theability to troubleshoot issuesindependently.

Teamwork and communication skillswith the ability to collaborate across business stakeholders ITteams and other developers. Effective communication to translatetechnical concepts for nontechnicalstakeholders..

• Experience working withBlue Prism.
• The ability to maintain existingprocesses and understand points of failure to be able to diagnoseand implement steps to resolve.
• Create welldocumented solutions.
• Experience working as anRPA Developer.
