Every term, Teaching Personnel are able to offer select experienced SEND Support Staff a place on our Guaranteed Work Scheme which provides educators with that all-important guaranteed income, whilst retaining the flexibility of supply work. We are currently looking for SEND Support Staff who are able to support in SEND and SEMH provisions across Primary and Secondary age ranges in and around North Yorkshire. - In order to be paid for not working, you will need to have fulfilled the terms and conditions of the scheme
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people with special educational needs is desirable but not essential.
- A compassionate and patient nature, with a genuine commitment to supporting the learning and well-being of SEN students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
