Benchmarx Kitchens are currently looking for an  Area Sales Representative  to join our business, to work within our Midlands Region, specifically covering Lincolnshire, Derbyshire and Sheffield . Don’t worry, you don't need to come from our sector or even know our products, as we will provide you with a great on-boarding and induction

As an Area Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing around 100 customers, growing and developing them, alongside attracting new clients to increase your portfolio, increasing sales and margin along with building strong relationships within the group.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm, no weekend working and bank holidays off

What will I be doing?

As a dynamic and enthusiastic individual, you will unleash the success of our products, as well as lead and manage the partnerships with a defined number of Accounts. We want you to be as passionate about our customers as we are, with your strong interest in creating and implementing solutions allowing us to continue supporting our customer ledger and driving loyalty.  Relationships and stakeholder management is key for us, as you will be using strategic and planned account management methodology, to ensure that every sales opportunity across all product categories are optimised within your ledger.

Being well-organised and planned goes without saying, as you will be responsible for meeting our valued customer expectations. You should have worked within a similar role, you will have proven ability to manage a number of key customers and built strong relationships with multiple stakeholders. Strong abilities in understanding customer objectives in order to develop successful strategic plans Identify new sales opportunities and create solutions for your customer ledger to deliver long term profitable sales growth for both parties.
