We are partnered with an award-winning contractor renowned for delivering high-quality services looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Site Manager for high-end interior projects in London. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be managing all on-site activities, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
  1. Oversee all on-site activities to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  2. Work closely with directors, senior management, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration.
  3. Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
  4. Perform regular audits and inspections to ensure high standards of workmanship and alignment with project specifications, health, environmental measures, and safety standards.
  5. Promote and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and practices.
  6. Maintain accurate and updated records of all site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspection reports.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with project progress and outcomes.
  8. Degree or equivalent in Project Management.
  9. Extensive experience in construction site management in high-value interior fit-out type projects.
  10. High-end commercial and luxury residential fit-out project experience is advantageous.
  11. CSCS black card, SMSTS/SSSTS qualifications are ideal.
  12. Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and industry standards.
  13. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  14. Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
