We are seeking 2 experienced Wellbeing Leads (Activities Organisers) to join our team in Whitecraigs Care Home for 22.5 hours a week each, with some weekend working.
Your main responsibilities as a Wellbeing Lead in one of our homes will be to work alongside staff, residents & relatives to identify what is important to residents, and helps them to have purpose & meaning in their life. You will design activity on a personalised basis to improve individual wellbeing of residents, and support staff in developing and maintaining these activities. You will offer a variety of both group & individual sessions, to ensure no-one is excluded.
To be successful in this role you will have experience in a care environment and preferably have experience within an organisational role and managing finances. You are compassionate and committed to providing high quality care to our residents. You are able to work autonomously as well as part of a dedicated multi-disciplinary team.
