DescriptionAs an Implementation Consultant at Tillo you will play a vital role in our customer’s journey. You’ll be the first person our customers speak to in the Operations team when we onboard them to the Tillo Platform. 

You’ll be responsible for driving forward your own portfolio of client projects, and for making sure they are set up efficiently, on time, and to a high standard, maintaining customer satisfaction throughout.

This is a full time role, working from our Hove office on Tuesdays & Thursdays.

We’re the market leader in the UK and are active in a number of other markets including Europe, Australia and India. This year we will continue to expand our presence in the US as well as setting up operations in new countries
If successful, you will
  • Manage a large number of different onboarding projects at the same time. 
  • Own the Onboarding process from start to finish, including maintenance of the Onboarding Pipeline and ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. 
  • Ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date with project deliverables and timelines. 
  • Work with retailers to ensure brand approvals are secured as efficiently as possible to help our Partners quickly achieve value. 
  • Liaise with internal teams to find solutions to customer issues. 
  • Report on any key or recurring issues and working with the Account Management team and our suppliers to continuously improve the service we and our customers receive. 
  • Maintain Supplier documentation to ensure we always have up to date information on how to contact, escalate issues and onboard new products. 

About youYou're a proactive individual, with strong relationships building skills - confident liaising with internal and external stakeholders. You're looking for a role in which you can drive process improvement, use your expert problem solving skills and progress in your career as the business grows. 

To be successful in this role, you'll need: 
  • Experience managing professional services or onboarding projects 
  • A proactive approach at all times, takes ownership of tasks and shows initiative to find resolutions
  • Curiosity to learn about all aspects of the company and gift card industry 
  • Knowledge of systems such as Jira, Intercom/Zendesk, Asana
  • Confidence prioritising multiple streams of tasks
  • Strong attention to Detail, always striving for accuracy across systems
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast paced environment
And although it's not essential, we'd love to hear if you have experience with: 
  • B2B SaaS onboarding 
  • Project Management 
  • Managing complex projects with large budgets 
  • Working with APIs and development teams
  • Presentation skills - internal and external
  • Excel or Google Sheets
