From marketing to technology, risk and compliance to operations, and HR to finance, the business services teams make up around a third of our colleagues.

  • HR / People Team, Preston head office. 

Would you like to coordinate our wellbeing, inclusion and employee engagement activities? We are creating a brand new position to take the lead on EDI, ESG, wellbeing events, social calendar, internal communications and policy development. Working alongside our HR and Marketing team you will have the chance to make a difference and see your results inside a firm that is changing. If you are someone who likes meeting all your colleagues in a workplace, seeing different offices and generally being involved in everything then this role might appeal to you. Resilience and a sense of humour are also essential. 

  • Operations Team. Operations Analyst, Preston head office. 

This is another new role reporting into our recently appointed Operations Manager. You will help identify areas for improvement using data and industry knowledge. You can also support our work around enhancing business reporting and management information across the firm. You are probably someone who is very skilled with spreadsheets, systems and all things data. You ask a lot of questions and we don't mind, in fact we want you to do that around the business.   • Client Onboarding Team, Client Onboarding Executive, Preston head office. 

This could be your stepping stone to a career in the legal sector. Due to internal progression we are seeking organised, customer focused individuals to join our team. Day to day you will liaise with clients whilst following legal guidance, policies, and procedures. You are someone who enjoys working as part of a team, communicating clearly to clients with an excellent telephone manner. You pride yourself on your organisation, accuracy and time management. Ideally you will have used a case management system and are very comfortable using multiple IT systems.
