We have a fantastic opportunity in the role of IWS Maintenance Leader in our Packing Business Unit - Line 1 on a permanent contract to join us in our Liverpool plant.
Key deliverables of the role will include developing and leading maintenance activities on the line, building technical capability of people to maintain the technical systems / equipment. Coaches' equipment owners to enhance their skills / performance and confidence when maintaining their equipment..
This role is a highly visible key role in driving the organization transition to IWS framework. Leading the cultural and technical transition within the Business Unit on the lines. Role model within the Business Unit.
Required experience/background:
Bachelor / master degree (or from experience) in manufacturing, engineering, or likewise
Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in Food/FMCG
Experience in (preventive and corrective) maintenance
Project management experience an advantage.
Knowledge of internal digital systems an advantage.

About You
RESPONSIBILITIES
To identify, prioritize and eliminate maintenance and breakdown related losses
To build, plan, coordinate and execute maintenance plans
To build the process reliability & control
To define the equipment standards
To build capability in Operating Teams and Equipment Owners to deliver line results
To ensure compliance and engagement with Safety and Quality Standards & procedures
TASKS
Own PM systems for the Line, focusing on Maintenance Planning and Scheduling and Breakdown
Elimination Daily Management System (DMS).
Create, lead, and develop a preventive maintenance plan (time-based maintenance works)
Work with line management to prioritize improvement opportunities.
Support development and lead portions of Line 90-Day loss-elimination plans.
Drive breakthrough results in Planned and Unplanned Downtime
Own M&R costs for line, % Planned maintenance, %PM's complete and breakdown reduction.
Participate in the daily direction-setting process - report results, flag issues and request resources.
Coach and develop shift teams by serving as technical coach and resource
Share and reapply learning across processes, modules and plants.
Prepare and give training on technical knowledge.
Deliver on IWS goals
Maintenance & Repair (M&R) costs for line
