Responsibilities
  • Provide expert leadership and direction for all aspects of the Estates & Engineering function within the hospital facility.
  • Guarantee compliance with industry standards and regulations for all engineering activities, ensuring safety and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the technical delivery of a wide range of engineering services across multiple client sites, coordinating resources effectively to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Manage and develop a team of skilled technicians, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in hospital facilities maintenance for a minimum of 3 years, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of healthcare infrastructure requirements.
  • Possession of a full DBS check is essential for this role.
  • A valid driving license is required to facilitate site visits and transportation of equipment.
