Key Responsibilities:

  • Access Control: Ensure only authorised personnel are allowed entry, effectively managing access to client sites and maintaining site security.
  • Regular Patrols: Conduct thorough patrols of the premises to detect and prevent security breaches, ensuring the safety and security of all areas.
  • Incident Response: Respond promptly and effectively to any security incidents, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining a safe environment.
  • Accurate Documentation: Document and report all incidents comprehensively and accurately, maintaining detailed records for future reference.
  • Consistent Communication: Perform regular check calls to confirm status and location, ensuring clear communication with the control room and team members.
  • Issue Reporting: Promptly report any issues or irregularities during check calls, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining site security.

Key Skills Required:

  • Security Experience: Minimum of 3 years of security experience, with a proven track record of effective security management.
  • Incident Management: Experience in responding promptly and effectively to security incidents, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Documentation Accuracy: Strong skills in documenting and reporting incidents comprehensively and accurately.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills, ensuring clear and consistent communication with the control room and team members.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to promptly report and resolve issues, maintaining a secure environment.
  • PC Skills: Good computer skills to efficiently manage and report security data.


Personal Attributes:

  • Team Player: Work effectively as part of a team, fostering collaboration and support among colleagues.
  • Friendly and Helpful: Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude towards clients, colleagues, and the public, ensuring a positive security experience.
  • British National: Must be a British national to qualify for SC clearance.
