The role will provide help to sites and develop solutions and improvements at the site level while ensuring process/ improvements are standardized and implemented across all sites, Divisions, and BUs. 

It will also to drive the sustainability of the processes in SAP within the organization, train users and SMEs, and ensure the appropriate level of documentation (Policies, SOPs, Work Instructions) are in place and embedded into the LONZA Quality System. This role requires extensive SAP knowledge in all facets of SAP.

We need SAP expert in execution; i.e., plan to make (end to end) processes involving master data, process orders, MRP, purchase orders, warehouse/ material movements, quality.

Key responsibilities:

Assess Supply Chain Processes across Sites and Divisions/ BUs Through assessments and discussions, defines gap analysis, develop action plan, help to implement. Help on addressing Audit Findings/ Observations Help fix Site Issues – Liaise with IT Standardize and Harmonize Processes, i.e., Cycle Count, Inter-Company, Resins, CSTM, Vendor Returns, SMOG, etc. Assist Sites and Divisions/ BUs when request for a new functionality – to ensure is not a “one-off’ and only for that site Write SOPs/ WI – Roll-Out and Train Seeks guidance from Director of Global Supply Chain Solutions and SAP Execution for liaising and mobilization to a site

Key requirements:

Degree in Life science with strong supply chain background experience in a site environment Advanced no. of years of experience in multiple Supply Chain site functions with a strong focus on planning, execution and logistics processes APICS CPIM certification is required. This role requires extensive SAP knowledge in all facets of SAP. We need SAP expert in execution; i.e., plan to make (end to end) processes involving master data, process orders, MRP, purchase orders, warehouse/ material movements, quality. Subject matter expert for planning and execution Ability to establish and track project delivery. Proven experience with handling multiple global and complex projects simultaneously It requires assistance to different sites via remotely as well as on-site. Ability to identify and resolve conflicts Good communication and presentation skills, ability to present ideas in a clear and concise manner Proven ability to lead up and influencing and coaching people on all hierarchy levels Ideally a manufacturing or technical experience demonstrating a self-starting and hands-on quality
