Senior IT Business Analyst - Business Intelligence for a global firm

A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Business Analyst - Business Intelligence who specialises in large scale implementations of enterprise reporting solutions and BI Architecture. The Senior IT Business Analyst - BusinessIntelligence will be a part of the Global SAP BI team.

Upon joining, the Senior IT Business Analyst - Business Intelligence will support the roll out of the SAP BI solutions, gathering technical design and implementation of global templates.

In terms of skills and experience needed:

- Bachelors/master’s degree within the field of Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Business studies (e.g., Accounting, Business Administration)
- Good and detailed exposure to leading BI tools with a strong track record of end-to-end delivery of large-scale enterprise BI solutions within SAP Business Objects, SAP Analytics Cloud, BW and HANA.
- Required to possess hands on experience within SAP BO, BW on HANA as well as working knowledge of HANA and SAP ECC relevant modules. Any hands-on experience on SAP Analytics Cloud (BI).
- Demonstrate the right balance between functional understanding and technical (system integration) excellence, ability to work within significant large-scale global engagements.
- Should have a global mind-set and be aware of possible differences in working cultures around the world.
- Willing to travel.

This Senior IT Business Analyst - Business Intelligence position will require:
Govern and support the deployment of BI reporting solutions by:
a. Participating in workshops to define user requirements, execute fit/ gap analysis working

alongside business, Business Process Owners, and vendor resources to steer requirements.

b. Design reporting solutions aligned to the business requirements, the global BI template design

standards, long term maintainable and fit for purpose.

c. Manage, deliver and/ or support the full end to end cycle from requirements through to go live

and hyper care.

d. Manage business stakeholders, vendor deployment teams and support the implementation.

This Senior IT Business Analyst - Business Intelligence role is based in Berkshire; it is hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.
