We currently looking for two Assistant Asset Managers to join the Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) Offices Sector Team on a permanent basis.  

 

Reporting into the Head of Sector and working with the wider team, you will assist in the delivery of asset management strategies across a national offices portfolio assisting with acquisitions, disposals, developments, managing occupier engagement as well as project specific work.

 

This is an exceptional opportunity for a self-starter to take a client-side role within a market-leading, expanding business. This is a broad role where you will work alongside experts in the field and experience the full lifecycle of asset management across three RLAM funds.

About you

 

  • Surveyor/ Senior Surveyor with experience working in an asset management role.
  • Understanding and experience of asset management processes, including valuations, and financial models as well as market standard valuation software.
  • Good knowledge of the Office sector fundamentals.
  • Have developed a good working knowledge of legal/economic framework.
  • Maintain and build property market contacts.
  • An ability to write concise, logical and well worded reports.
  • MRICS preferred but not essential.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power-point).
