Role Summary

We are looking for a well organised, dynamic individual who is a team player and remains calm in a busy, fast paced environment to work as a Ward Clerk in the Department of Renal and in other areas across the Division of Medicine when required. The role will be based at our Wonford and Heavitree Dialysis Units, Exeter. The role will include providing an efficient and effective Clerical service to the Clinical and Nursing team and to be the first point of contact for patients and relatives for the Department.

You must have some administration experience, be able to use IT systems and be able to provide reception services for the area and be adaptable to cover this busy role. We offer training on all aspects of the role including the IT systems. We also offer training and support for career progression in the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust for staff who would like to develop their skills.

Working Pattern: hours per week, 5 days out of 6 Monday to Saturday
