The effective management of both the Service and Repair managers across Central area of the United Kingdom. Drive forwards best practice around safety to ensuring that this is at the forefront of what we do. Be a strong leader, able to mentor, coach and develop your team. Work with internal stakeholders, such as New Equipment, Modernisations and Sales to be able to map out opportunities and grow your region.

Key Requirements

Solid understanding of the lift industry, with knowledge around the management and development of an operational unit. Good management experiencer able to manage a team of managers across operations and sales. Business acumen with the ability to identify potential financial risks before they escalate too much.
