We have a dynamic Senior Management Team supported by an established Digital and Transformation Team. This has allowed us to implement a number of initiatives this year including a telephone triage appointment system (Rapid Health), a service to support patients experiencing poor sleep (Sleep Station), pathways for patients struggling to manage long term pain conditions (Rehab Direct) and a 12 week programme run in conjunction with Sky Blues in the Community to support patients with their Health and Wellbeing.
We have recently strengthened the Pharmacy service being delivered to our practices by recruiting a Senior Pharmacist and to bring all of our Pharmacy Team into practice.
