Job Description

We are seeking individuals who have a kind and compassionate heart and who are ready to complete our award-winning training so they can provide the best in-home care to vulnerable adults around our local area. We cover the Petersfield area including the surrounding villages of Rogate, Brow, South Harting, East Meon and Hawkley to name a few.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and conversation, fostering a supportive and positive environment. Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errand running. Help with personal care activities to support independence. Encourage and support in physical activities and exercises, tailored to individual abilities. Remind clients to take their medication and assist with mobility around the home. Accompany clients to appointments and social events, providing transportation when necessary.

What We Look For:

A compassionate and patient nature. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Reliability and a commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided. A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle are desirable but not essential.
