- Curriculum Knowledge: Delivering tailored support aligned with the primary curriculum to ensure pupils make progress in their learning.
- Behaviour Support: Managing challenging behaviours with a calm and positive approach, fostering a safe and productive learning environment.

- Collaboration: Working closely with a team of educators and support staff to deliver cohesive and effective teaching and support.
- Flexibility: Supporting both primary and secondary pupils as required, demonstrating adaptability in a varied and fast-paced setting.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting, with strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
• Experience working with pupils with challenging behaviours and the ability to implement effective strategies to support them.
• High resilience, patience, and a commitment to making a positive impact on pupils’ learning and well-being.
• The ability to work effectively with small groups and 1:1 settings, including in off-site locations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders.
Benefits:
• A competitive daily rate of £86-£100.
• Full-time position starting in January 2025.
• Opportunities for professional development and training.
• A supportive and collaborative work environment within a dedicated team.
If you are a passionate Primary Teaching Assistant ready to provide essential support and help students overcome emotional and social challenges, we would love to hear from you
