Your Impact

You will be responsible for processing returns and completing triage. Processing customer returns to ensure rapid and accurate resolution. Enter customer information, symptom codes, etc. in company systems. Perform troubleshooting to identify symptoms. Ensure proper documentation and organization of return equipment to protect customer property. Assist with developing continual improvements to the Global Returns process. Provide support to Operations, Customer Service, and other departments for responding to customer return inquiries. There may be occasions where you need to attend a customer’s site to support the returns process. You must be willing to travel, this will be including overnight stays.

What You'll Do Location: Daventry, UK Reports to: Global Returns, Senior Supervisor.
Working under the Lead Global Returns Technician.
  • Receiving inbound returns
  • Data Entry
  • Technical triage of returned devices
  • Conducting data recovery
  • Device destruction
  • Individually contributing to the Quality databases
  • Potential onsite customer visits
What You Bring
  • More than one (1+) year of professional experience
  • Basic computer and data entry skills required including Microsoft Word
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with numerical and alphabetical filing required
  • Ability to understand basic electronics concepts
  • Electronic Devices troubleshooting skills
  • Team player, supportive, and positive attitude
  • Goal oriented and a self-starter with excellent organizational skills
  • Must be able to work in a warehouse environment including lifting and moving boxes up to 25kg
  • Need to have lived in UK a minimum of 5 years to meet security vetting needs
