Job Description

The role will entail the candidate will work within the ITR team of Telefonica Tech UK to deliver Audio-Visual solutions across a wide range of business sectors and countries.

The candidate will often be involved in the from early design stage through delivery and UTA and client sign -off.

Often working in co-ordination with other practices within the business to bring together the latest technologies available to deliver bespoke, holistic solutions which satisfies the client’s needs.


Qualifications

Key Responsibilities include

  • Assist with the creation of Pre-sales collateral covering leading edge AV solutions currently in the marketplace
  • Take ownership of the AV installation process, producing documentation such as RAMS, Project Plans, RAID Logs & Client Progress Updates
  • Take the lead on regular Client Progress Calls during the delivery phase
  • Manage the Client UAT process
  • Where required attend client site meetings during the delivery & hand over phases Complete & issue the As Built documentation and Operation and Maintenance Manuals

Skills and experience

  • Experience as an Audio-Visual Project Manager demonstrating the ability to deliver high quality documentation which provide both the client and the installers a clear unambiguous picture of the solution and requirements
  • The candidate should possess a thorough comprehensive knowledge of Audio-Visual solutions in the marketplace
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Visio.  A good understand of Autodesk’s AutoCAD LT would be beneficial/favourable.
  • Strong interest in the opportunities presented by technology convergence and building infrastructure.
  • Experience working to Prince2 Methodology would be benefitical 
  • CTS Qualified or qualified by experience
