We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Redbridge to assist with the appointment of a Service Desk Analyst - IT, on a 1.5-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £18.94 - £23.94 per Hour

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring effective IT services are delivered to all council users, internal and external.
  • The role holder will prioritise workload to ensure that the overall objectives of the service are achieved before those of any individual.
  • A large part of the role is desk-based with shared responsibility for providing continuous cover for the service.
  • Part of the role will involve working with customers on the telephone and face-to-face with walk-in queries, resolving tickets on Service Now within the agreed SLA's, building and profiling laptops, and setting up new mobiles.

  • You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
  • You should have right to work in U.K
