Position Summary:

As the Product Program Manager at Loftware, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of product programs from conception to delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, establish timelines, allocate resources, and ensure successful program implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, product management and development best practices, and a passion for driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Lead the planning and execution of product programs, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and maintain detailed program schedules, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery of program goals. Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to execute program activities according to plan. Coordinate phases of product life cycle planning across product, engineering, and stakeholder groups Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status, progress, and milestones. Communicate program objectives, requirements, and timelines effectively to cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and other stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program delivery or quality. Develop contingency plans and escalation processes to address unforeseen challenges or obstacles. Work closely with functional managers to allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to support program objectives. Conduct regular reviews and inspections to identify and address any quality issues or discrepancies. Designs suitable strategies and objectives and ensure alignment with organization’s vision Create a cohesive plan that integrates various components, considering dependencies and resource allocation. Monitor progress, identify risks, propose mitigation options and adjust plans as needed. Adapt to evolving circumstances while keeping program on track Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management processes, tools, and methodologies. Capture lessons learned from past programs and apply best practices to future initiatives.

Qualifications and Key Competencies:

Proven Experience : Candidates should have experience as a Program Manager, preferably at a technology company with SaaS software

Project/Program Management Knowledge : A thorough understanding of project and program management techniques and methods.

Performance Evaluation and Change Management : Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation principles and change management.

Software Proficiency : Strong knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with program/project management software and JIRA; be familiar with reporting on life cycle steps, scrum team velocity and product quality metrics

Leadership and Organizational Skills : Outstanding leadership abilities and effective organizational skills.

Effective Communication through strong written and verbal communication skills : Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams as well as at an executive level

Problem-Solving Ability : Strong problem-solving skills to address program challenges.

Conflict resolution and problem - solving abilities : handling team conflicts and strategic issues

Education : A college diploma in management or a relevant field
