We’re a creative agency spread across eight acres of countryside in Cheshire, and the rumours are true, we also have a pub, bistro and gym all on-site. McCann Manchester is a big family - the largest integrated agency in the UK in fact.

We work with some of the UK’s most interesting brands and we’re looking for a Senior Creative Team to come and join us. Armbands optional.

The Part You’ll Play…

The Senior Creative team will bring brilliant conceptual ideas to life with exceptional craft skills. You're the magic behind truly integrated campaigns which become part of popular culture. You're all about ownership, accountability, and an unwavering passion for collaborative creativity, with a brilliant sense of humour to boot.

You will develop creative ideas that get everyone talking. You will champion creative excellence, upskill the team and push the boundaries of creative output for the department. 

As part of the McCann family, you will have the backing of one of the UK’s largest and most awarded networks. You will need to come up withcreative brilliance for clients who have a consistent standard of winning international awards and expect only the best The main client is one of the nation’s favourite retailers and the consumers expect to be entertained throughout every media channel they engage with.

A strong pedigree of impactful and famouswork. You’llknow what people love on social media, TV, OOH, across print and you’llknow how to tap into popular cultural trends. These ideas will inspire, make people smile and be talked about throughout the nation. 

Key Responsibilities:

Passionate about creating famous work across all media channels.

Keep your finger on the pulse of the nation, up and down the country.

Embrace fast-paced teamwork, seize trending moments, and foster a proactive attitude for tactical advertising opportunities.

Experience of collaboration with a wider integrated team. 

Collaborate closely with the Executive Creative Director to bring creative concepts to life.

Past Experiences:

Proven experience of working in agencies/in-house clients with retail clients.

A portfolio of strong creative work with a track record of crafting excellent ideas and knowledge of what works on different channels (TV, Print, OOH, Social).

Experience working with or for high profile consumer brands – retail experience would be particularly advantageous.
