Receptionist - Salaried

We are currently recruiting a Temporary Receptionist to cover maternity leave to be a part of our integral team at RAF Leeming, Northallerton, DL7 9NJ

What you'll be doing

• Receive all visitors in an appropriate manner.
• Direct Military visitors to their intended location.
• Control and issue visitor passes.
• General reception duties
• Report safety hazards and accidents in accordance with extant instructions
• Answer telephone efficiently and assist with enquiries.
• General office duties, including operation of IT, photocopier and shredding machine.
• Central point of contact for mail collection and drop off.
• Any other reasonable administrative tasks within the scope of grade.

Experience

• Admin skills desirable, however full training will be given to the right candidate
• Previous experience of working in a similar environment is desirable
• DBS Check required
