Your job

Tridonic is the Zumtobel Group’s electronics manufacturer, at the forefront of the electronics industry. We are seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) at our site in Spennymoor to plan, report and coordinate business projects and ensures that are completed on time and within budget. You will operate within a structured management process and uphold the company's standards throughout each project's development and execution.

Main accountabilities include:
Planning projects, including setting deadlines, prioritising tasks within his/her project team to the assigned projects. Coordinate and plan all resources for the product creation under consideration of the product roadmap, ensures timely availability of the needed Effort Estimates. Collaborating with other departments to define, prioritize, and develop projects. Analysing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation. Delivering regular project presentation updates to senior management. Providing financial reports and budget outlines to the Head of PMO Spennymoor and other business executives. Acts as first escalation point for all project conflicts within her/his team responsibility. Cross site alignment of project responsibilities.. Continuously monitors the project status in terms of costs, timeline, resources, product performance and provides solutions in case of deviations. Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards. Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification. Your profile What you will need
Project management or relevant experience Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or Manager in a manufacturing / software industry. PC literate with knowledge of project management and quality assurance tools. Committed, solution oriented style of working with good interpersonal skills to lead a team. There may be a requirement for business travel. Ability to not only work within the company processes but also have the confidence to question them and identify the critical details of a project whilst maintaining the teams focus on their project responsibilities.
