Due to a large project win plus other projects that are about to start, we are seeking a x2 Senior Project Managers to work on major product development projects. You will be working closely with Engineers on site, have a positive impact technically on the project, establish processes, ask the right questions, understand the technical challenges and work through unexpected bumps in the road due to technical issues
Essential Requirements of Senior Project Manager
* Previous experience as a Project Manager on technically complex products - technical management of electronics, instrumentation, systems engineering etc type projects
* An understanding of the full project development lifecycle, starting with specifications, building up through, establishing risk registers etc.
* Previous experience managing low volume, high complex (Aerospace, Space, Telco, Defence, Oil and gas, Medical, Scientific) type projects
* At least 5 years experience in a similar environment, product development and project management
* Desirable Requirements of Senior Project Manager
* Project Management certification such as Prince 2, PMP, APM would be good but not essential
* 3 days on site/office, 2 days from home is OK.
