Our Client seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Nursery Nurse to join their warm and welcoming nursery team. Our Client believe in providing the highest quality care and education for children aged 0 to 5 in a stimulating and supportive environment.

As a Senior Nursery Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in the development and well-being of our little learners. You'll lead by example, demonstrating best practices in childcare while fostering a culture of creativity, curiosity, and kindness.

Key Responsibilities:

 Providing exceptional care and supervision for children in your care.  Planning and delivering engaging activities that support each child's individual learning journey.  Building strong partnerships with parents and caregivers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and development.  Mentoring and supporting junior staff members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles.  Contributing to the continuous improvement of our nursery through participation in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality assurance initiatives.

Requirements:

 Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.  Previous experience working in a nursery setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and education.  Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and its implementation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.  A passion for early childhood development and a commitment to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for all children.
