Position: Recruitment Sales Consultant

Location: Worcester city centre, WR1
Salary: Competitive base + commission

About the Role:

As a Recruitment Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and delivering top-tier recruitment services. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys a mix of sales and recruitment and is eager to make a real impact in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Proactively source new clients and build long-term relationships with companies in various sectors.
  • Client Management: Understand client needs, provide tailored recruitment solutions, and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales and placement targets through effective relationship management and consultative sales.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends and recruitment best practices to provide clients with up-to-date market insights.
