**The role of a Perms Recruitment Consultant**

Based in our Worcester office, you’ll be taking the reins of an established commercial desk where the clients are lovely and no two days are the same.

Responsibilities include:

- Building long term relationships with new and existing client’s
- Client visits to take full brief of job/person specification
- Negotiating fees
- Screening CV's
- Arranging 2nd and final stage interviews
- Negotiating salaries and remuneration packages

**What experience do I need as a Perms Recruitment Consultant?**
- Experience of working as a 360 Perms Recruitment Consultant (any sector) ESSENTIAL
- Proven track record of success in a recruitment agency setting
- Solid career history (no job hopping)
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Team player who enjoys the social side of work
- Organised, hardworking and enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Hungry for success
- Money motivated

This is a fabulous opportunity to join a dynamic recruitment agency based in Worcester. You'll be part of a lovely team, the office has a fun, family feel to it. You’ll be treated like an adult where there is no micro-management and you are given freedom to run your desk your way. Training and support will be provided throughout your role.

You could be right for this Recruitment Consultant position if you've previously worked as any of the following: Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Account Manager or as a Senior Recruitment Consultant.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
