Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities

·         Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 3 students

·         Assess students' progress and provide timely and constructive feedback

·         Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe and motivated to learn

·         Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies

·         Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on students' progress

·         Deliver engaging and effective instruction to Year 3 students, promoting active participation and academic growth

·         Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to different learning styles

 

Year 3 Teacher Requirements

·         Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

·         Experience teaching in a primary school, preferably with experience in year 3

·         A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Passion for education and commitment to inspiring and motivating students

·         Ability to work effectively as part of a team
