About the Role
This is a class teacher position to cover maternity leave for two terms from January 2025 until July 2025. For a candidate with experience, you will lead a subject. This subject can be negotiated on appointment.
About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join Buckinghamshire Council as a Class Teacher. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our students, promoting academic excellence and fostering a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach a range of subjects to students in Key Stage 1
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of all learners
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience of teaching in a primary school setting
