We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lettings Consultant to join our lettings team in Witham on a part time basis.

Duties will include:

Liaising with potential new tenants to understand their individual requirements and backgrounds, to make informed recommendations for property available.Develop a good understanding of the property portfolio and reaching out to prospective tenants upon appointment of a new property.Coordinating and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants, with a view to negotiating terms between the landlord and tenant.You will handle the enquiry from viewing through to the tenant move in date, and facilitating the administrative process.

Requirements:

Enthusiastic and motivated in a target driven environment.Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional outlookComplaint handling experience and empathetic approachIT proficient, you will be familiar with MS Office packages and able to learn quicklyPrevious experience in a customer facing role is essentialPrevious experience in a similar role would be advantageousFull UK driving license and use of own car is essential

Hours of Work:

3 or 4 days each week, covering between the hours of 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday, and every Saturday 9.00am to 5.30pm. Days of the week will be agreed with the successful candidate depending on availability.
